more than just a roof over their heads
For CBA tenants, receiving quality housing is only the beginning. Through resident services programs, CBA provides valuable tools to help residents improve the quality of their lives.
In addition to developing quality housing, CBA provides a variety of resident services programs targeted to help tenants work toward financial stability, secure health care, and positive, productive relationships in the neighborhood and community.
Adult programs range from computer and personal finance classes to exercise programs and women’s support groups. For kids, there are karate classes, holiday parties, and field trips to museums and other cultural destinations. With a large immigrant population, residents benefit from English as a second language classes and literacy programs.
"By providing services that respond to the needs of our residents, our goal is to help them be successful as tenants and successful in life. Far more than just putting a roof over their heads, we are focused on the overall health and success of the individual, the property, and the neighborhood.” - Madeline Nash, CBA Director of Real Estate
