CBA sponsors numerous free community events and programs throughout the year reaching over 2,500 participants and giving you the opportunity to engage with residents and organizations alike while highlighting your commitment to the Acre community. You’ll also be a part of our annual Six Degrees of the Acre gala, this year on June 26th, an elegant night out to celebrate the many connections that make Acre neighborhood so special -- and raise crucial funds for CBA’s free programs and services.
And you may be able to recoup half of your tax-deductible donation back through the MA Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) program for donors of $1,000 or more, a benefit exclusive to supporters of community development corporations.
CBA’s mission is to empower residents and support community vitality, with a special focus on Lowell’s Acre neighborhood. Through community-driven initiatives, we build affordable housing, create economic opportunities, and foster civic leadership.
