Since 1982, CBA has invested more than $189 million in developing stable neighborhoods in Lowell, Haverhill and DRACUT.
The mission of the real estate department is to pipeline, develop, and maintain affordable and sustainable housing for underserved families in the Merrimack Valley. With CBA's mission being community neighborhood revitalization without displacement, the real estate department focuses on working with resident leaders to meet them where they are.
The purpose of the real estate department's work is to provide affordable and sustainable housing to community members, and to provide access to this housing for underserved families.
CBA has the first affordable passive house construction project in the city of Lowell.
We have over 1,100 residents across 556 residential units in our portfolio, consisting of 18 different buildings/sites in Lowell, Haverhill, and Dracut. Since 1982, CBA has invested more than $167 million in developing stable neighborhoods in these communities.
