Meet CBA’s New Program Staff!

We are thrilled to welcome three new staff to CBA. These three Program Coordinators will help CBA take our service to the next level, coordinating initiatives to respond to community need. We'd like to introduce, from left to right:

Fabiola Rivera , CBA Program Coordinator heading up our Latin Empowerment and Advocacy Program which will assist Spanish-speakers with general services, coordinate our sewing skills program with Diana Coluntino, and offer a leadership training workshop modeled after Empower for Spanish-speaking grassroots leaders. You will often find Fabiola at our new walk-in center located at 450 Merrimack Street from 9-noon on weekday mornings.

Johanna Danas, CBA Health Access Program Coordinator focusing on all health-related initiatives including our food and essential item delivery/pantry, community garden on Whiting Street, and CBA's partnership with Lowell CHC to conduct community outreach for REACH LoWell. Come say "hi" to Johanna at the CBA food pantry, open on Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Pam Larocque, CBA Youth Development Program Coordinator, is excited to work with youth in our afterschool programs - YES and Teen YES. CBA's "Youth Education Success" programs will meet in person at the Moody Street Center, located on the first floor of 517 Moody Street, where Pam will be supported by a Program Associate and two Commonwealth Corps service members (who you'll meet next week!). Contact Pam to learn about YES and our other youth and family engagement programs.
