CBA Outreach and Self-Care

In cooperation with Governor Baker’s order for non-essential businesses to close until April 7, 2020, CBA’s office will be closed for the next two weeks.

We continue to connect with community members, but at a distance. Our Program staff are making calls, sending messages, and sharing information as we assess what the CBA community needs to stay safe and healthy in their homes.

For 37 years, CBA has developed safe, affordable housing. In these uncertain times, we are so grateful to the CBA organizers and staff who have come before to ensure that hundreds of Lowell families are secure in quality housing.

Our Program staff are working closely with the Merrimack Valley Food Bank to distribute food to individuals and families, using our STEP van for home delivery. Educational resources for families with children are abundant online and CBA plans to share some of our favorite activities and tips for easy at home learning on our social media.

Stay tuned for some fun challenges on our Facebook! We are also updating our Instagram and Twitter.

While we focus on ensuring everyone has essentials like food, we also want the CBA community to stay informed with accurate information on the spread of Covid-19 and how to stay safe. We are continuously updating the Resource List page on our website.
