Tuesday, December 10 is the Lowell City Hall Open House.

City employees from all departments will be present from 4-6 p.m. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn about what the City provides, and enjoy light refreshments, performances by the Lowell Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as, an appearance from a special visitor!
