Coalition for a Better Acre’s STEP (Supported Training and Education Program) is starting again soon! STEP is a unique job training program with a focus on critical thinking and communication skills. CBA’s goal is to ensure everyone has access to a safe job with opportunities for growth.

After completing the STEP training, participants are:

• Matched with a full-time position

• Eligible for free transportation to and from work, up to one year

• Enrolled in a year and a half of career and financial services offered by CBA
