Lowell’s upcoming Preliminary Election will narrow down current City Council candidates in Districts 2, 3, 4, and 7 to two candidates each before November's General Election. Registered voters from those districts can vote on Tuesday, September 21st from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. at their local polling place.
District 2 is most* of Centralville and there are three candidates running to represent you on City Council. Candidates are Rob Gignac, Marty Hogan, and Corey Robinson. District 2's polling place is the Robinson School at 110 June Street. *Some Centralville residents live in District 4.
District 3 includes Belvidere and Lower Belvidere. There are three candidates running to represent you on City Council: Dave Conway, John Leahy, and Bill Samaras. District 3's polling place is the Reilly School at 115 Douglas Road.
District 4 includes Back Central, Downtown, and parts of Centralville and Pawtucketville. There are three candidates running to represent you on City Council; Paul Belley, Wayne Jenness, and Ryan Rourke. District 4 has two polling places: Lowell High School at Father Morrisette Blvd, and Rogers STEM Academy at 43 Highland Street.
District 7 includes the Acre Neighborhood. There are four candidates running to represent you on City Council: Dave Ouellette, Kamara Kay, Patricia Stratten, and Paul Ratha Yem. District 7’s polling place is Lowell Senior Center, 276 Broadway Street, Lowell, MA.
