Economic & Workforce Training Development

The CBA Economic and Workforce Development Program is dedicated to empowering job seekers and strengthening local communities by providing a comprehensive range of services designed to enhance employability and connect individuals with meaningful career opportunities. This program offers free services, including personalized resume, job search and referral support, skills training, and access to job fairs, all aimed at helping individuals secure living-wage jobs within their local area.

Our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) designed for new Lowell residents with limited English skills also supports individuals with improved confidence when communicating with employers and prepares them for more comprehensive ESL programs.
