March CHOP Dinner

CHOP Dinners are back in 2022, but the idea is the same; all are invited to meet their neighbors, reconnect with old friends, and eat some spectacular food at the March CHOP Dinner!

CHOP started as a way to connect community members with each other, knowledge, and local resources. In this spirit, the first CHOP Dinner of 2022 will be all about Coalition for a Better Acre (CBA). We even have a "Celebrity Chef" ready to cook for you all. Foodie,  amateur chef, and CBA's CEO, Yun-Ju Choi! Translation available and a family-friendly event.

Join us at the Lowell Senior Center from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30th to learn about CBA’s many programs and services:

  • Health Access and a Food Pantry at the Walk-In Center

  • Civic Engagement and Community Organizing

  • Latin Empowerment and Advocacy Program

  • Supportive Training and Education Program (STEP) and our Sewing Skills Program

  • Youth Development Programs, including afterschool and family empowerment

  • Real Estate Development

Find the event details on CBA’s Facebook.

CBA is a community development corporation dedicated to resident empowerment and sustainable community revitalization for current and future residents of Lowell and the Merrimack Valley. We offer programs and services to increase economic opportunities and develop community leaders.
