Welcome CBA's new Director of Real Estate!

Coalition for a Better Acre is excited to announce that Claire V. Ricker, AICP has joined our team as Director of Real Estate following her work as Chief Design Planner for the City of Lowell.

Claire is thrilled to join CBA and says “The fact is that the neighborhoods in which we live have a powerful effect on our lives. In these weird days, it is increasingly evident that the neighborhood, not the government nor the individual, is the essential unit driving social change. If you’re trying to improve lives, you have to think about changing many elements of a single neighborhood, in a systematic way, at a steady pace.”

Claire is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the Graduate School of Design at Harvard where she received a master’s degree in Urban Planning.
